Cissy Skeeters is a flight crew scheduling supervisor at UPS Airlines’ Global Operations Center in Louisville, KY. Crew scheduling is a 24/7 operation. Cissy and her team are responsible for making sure we have a qualified pilot in position to make on-time departures around the world. They manage schedules for approximately 2,600 crew members which can be influenced by anything from weather to network changes due to international holidays.
